Forrest Frank — 2026 Tour
BTS is the freight partner for Forrest Frank's 2026 tour — coordinating staging, backline, and production gear between venues across North America, in motion this week.
When your camera package is going back out in six weeks, shipping it home and back costs more than storing it. BTS's Burbank facility changes the math.
Here's a scenario that plays out constantly in the production world: a feature wraps its first unit in Los Angeles, the camera package goes back to the rental house, and six weeks later it ships back to Atlanta for the second unit. Round trip freight, twice. Two customs clearances if any of the glass came from overseas. Two opportunities for something to go wrong.
The alternative is to keep the gear in Burbank. BTS operates secure storage cages at our Burbank facility — any size, built to your footprint, available short-term or long-term. You store it once, and when the production's ready to go again, we ship it directly from the cage to anywhere in the world.
Camera packages. Lens kits. Lighting rigs. Grip. Sound equipment. Backline between tour legs. Set dressing between seasons. Merchandise overflow. We've stored production vehicles and generators. If it's production equipment and it needs to go somewhere eventually, we can hold it.
The cages are secure, climate considerations are available for sensitive electronics, and access is 24/7 for credentialed production staff. Every item in storage is logged in our CargoWise system — so when you call and say you need the camera package at LAX by 6am, we know exactly where it is and what needs to happen.
Storage is priced by the foot — you only pay for the space you use. For a typical camera package that's going back out in 4–8 weeks, BTS storage will almost always cost less than round-trip freight. And the shipping-out is handled by the same team that manages all your production freight — no handoffs, no coordination overhead, no surprises.
For touring clients, the economics are even more compelling. Staging and backline that lives in BTS storage between tour legs doesn't need to be crated, shipped, and uncrated twice a year. It stays in the cage, stays ready, and ships out when the next leg is confirmed.
